The purpose of this document is to establish the general terms and conditions of use of the PORTAL that are mandatory acceptance and compliance by all persons, professionals and companies (hereinafter the USER), who wish to make use of these (current or new services that FUNDACION FELIPE GONZALEZ provides in the future through the PORTAL).

FUNDACION FELIPE GONZALEZ, as stated in its “PRIVACY POLICY”, which can be consulted in the legal texts of this PORTAL, has adopted the appropriate security levels for the data it treats and manages, incorporating all the technical means and measures within its reach to guarantee its confidentiality, avoid its misuse, loss, alteration, unauthorized access and theft.

These General Conditions shall be governed by Spanish law, subject to the courts and tribunals of the city of Madrid (Spain) for any dispute arising from access to the PORTAL.
